Another Degas sculpture study

This was probably the most comfortable I’ve felt painting with oils so far, just focused and enjoying the challenge. I’m happy with the drawing, and I think the texture in the skirt ruffles works quite well. Doing these Degas studies has me itching to do some wax sculptures of my own; yet another medium to try out :)
